Greg's Coaching Approach
Greg's coaching and mentorship process always begins with an Alignment Process. This workshop session is designed to help you identify and develop a clear set of Personal Goals, first and foremost, followed by your Business Goals, (both with a 3-5 year minimum horizon). These two are then 'aligned' to ensure that your business ends up working for you, rather than you ending up working for your business. This is a crucial philosophy to enable you to drive your passion in the right direction, as opposed to most people who simply allow their work to dictate their lives. Once these goals are set, this becomes the focal point to which all future coaching sessions are aimed, broken down into 12 month cycles, for manageable bite-sized actionable segments.
Coaching may take place weekly, fortnightly or monthly, depending upon the programme you are on, however each one-on-one session (either in person or via Zoom Meetings) will begin with a run through of the period following the last session, where there is an opportunity to share highlights and challenges, and to work through particular issues needing to be addressed. The second part of the session gets back on track to focus on achieving the longer-term goals above.
One of the biggest challenges for entrepreneurs and business owners is focus. Inability to focus on what's really important, results in lack of activation (implementation) in a sustainable manner, often leading to zero growth, or business failure. This therefore becomes the primary emphasis in the coaching programme, to ensure you get on and stay on-track.
